On March 19, 2003 President George Bush declared war against Iraq. The following is a near full transcript of his address, illustrated. After reviewing these drawings I found that I had not illustrated the last line: "May God bless our country and all who defend her." How this is to be interpreted, I can't say, for it was not done consciously. Also note that because this magazine requires pages in multiples of 4, a few unrelated drawings have been added.
