I always like the fact that when you eat seafood, you can be in touch with the fact that you are eating an animal. I want there to be claw, and bone, and eye. Especially with crabs, you rip off their limbs; split open their shell; break them apart; tear out their meat with your hands, with your hammers, with your pry-bars and crackers. It is primal, elemental, the eating of one's prey.
