Our independent website quality research aims to encourage and support law-related website operators in their ongoing quest to perfect their websites for the benefit of themselves and their visitors.
The purpose of this study was double-edged. First, we wanted to demonstrate and validate our analytical model by using the data collected for statistical purposes. Second, we wanted to transpose the model upon 20 selected law firms in such a manner that meaningful patterns of website design and operation can emerge.
