This magazine is a collection of early works by Ben Gin surrounding 'Boise 3030'. It's intended to give the viewer the background information on the concept and build a foundation for future 'Boise 3030' experiences!

This issue includes the complete series of the Ben Gin comic strip done in Boise State University's student newspaper, The Arbiter. Also, it includes 11 of the 33 wallpaper graphics done for TheBoiseBeat.com. An introduction and explanations for the works are also included!

It's called 'low resolution' because these are the first executions of this Boise 3030 idea, The original comic strips were scanned and imported, and the wallpapers were done at 72px per square inch (for computer screens).
